How to sunbathe safely

sunbatheIt’s summer time and probably most of you are ready for a nice and warm vacation in some hot and sunny destination. Italy, Spain, France or maybe Greece…

It doesn’t really matter where you go, the important thing is that at your return your skin will not be ill or burnt.

So with this article I want to give 5 simple advices on how so sunbathe without risking the health of your skin:

1) If you are in Italy or in any southern Europe country don’t sunbathe in midday. The sun at that time is really dangerous.

Sunset2) Start sunbathing for only 2-3 minute for each side of the body and than gradually increase the day later. Don’t sunbathe for more then 20 minutes the first day.

3) Use always a good sun protection cream.

4) Be careful when you are inside water (sea or lake). Many think that they will be protected from the sun. This is not true. Water will even enhance the sunbathing power. So always ware a waterproof cream.

5) Never fall asleep while sunbathing or you will risk to wake up completely burnt!

Any other advice? Feel free to leave your comment, and have a great vacation!

Impotence is a consequence of physical, mental, or emotional problems. Several cures for male impotence are available on the Internet. You can find sites that advertise pills, and sexual exercises that supposedly help people to heal the sexual problem.

Not all these products really work, giving no results. Many of these products that affirm to be a cure for erection problems don’t work and just make you spend money. Caffeine Boost Brain Capacity

mug of coffee Are you addicted in coffee? If your answer is yes you are caffeine addicted. Before you read this article, I suggest you grab a cup of strong coffee, not decaffeinated. Why not decaffeinated?  Caffeine optimizes brain areas linked to short-term memory, new researches shows. But do not rely on coffee or cola to boost your memory. Although more research is need to determine if the effects of caffeine on memory, said an Austrian researcher, in 12 adults, from 15, who participated in the survey, caffeine boosted brain activity related to attention and short-term memory.

We all must have felt the effects of taking a strong espresso! And we all know that in most people, drinking coffee can lead to difficulties of sleeping. So what would be the ideal amount of caffeine to get optimum performance from memory? The dose of caffeine used in the study was 100 milligrams. This is approximately the amount of 8 cups of coffee taken at once.

Participants were instructed to avoid caffeine for 12 hours and nicotine for four hours before the study. They were tested twice – once with caffeine and once with a placebo. The tests were made with one or two days apart. Participants had the brain scanned and stimulating by verbal memory tests. Some participants that did not remember their childhood teacher’s name or their first phone number of the apartment had to recall a handful of cards shown 20 minutes earlier.

Increase brain
Brain scan showed more activity in regions linked to attention and short-term activity with the addition of caffeine, compared with placebo. It is the first time that caffeine has been scientifically demonstrated, write the researchers.

Echinacea to prevent cold and flu

EchinaceaI was quite scared about the swine flu, so I went to my doctor to ask him what I can do to prevent it. He said that the best way to prevent any type of flu is to avoid direct contact with the virus: sneezes, cough, and so on. But there is a way to enhance the immune system naturally. He prescribed be a famous natural medicine called Echinacea.

Echinacea is an homoeopathic medicine that acts stimulating the immune system making it stronger. This doesn’t mean that who uses it will be safe from flu or any type of cold, but that he will be more stronger and the risk to get infected is lower, and even if infected the period of illness will be shorter.

EMEA, (The European Medicines Agency) assessed the body of evidence and approved the use of expressed juice and dried expressed juice from fresh flowering aerial parts of Echinacea purpurea for the short-term prevention and treatment of the common cold.

EMEA advices to use Echinacea not more than 10 days. Children under 1 year of age should not use Echinacea as it could have important side effects on the immature immune system.

Children from 1 to 12 can use Echinacea, but studies did not demonstrate the efficacy of the natural medicine on them.

Pregnancy and lactation ladies should not use Echinacea (not recommended) as there is no prove that there will be no side effects.

To have more information on Echinacea I suggest you to talk about it with your GP our favourite pharmacy.
