Smoking and its consequences
Would you dare buy an edible product that had written on the package the following phrase, “Caution, this product is harmful to your health? Would you pay for a product that definitely is bad for your health? It may seem foolish to do this, but the worst is that millions of people are right now consuming a product that causes thousands of illnesses. The cigarette is a carrier of very dangerous toxic and we can say that they are so powerful poisons that cause lung cancer in all smokers, if they don’t die of some other disease. It was found in a cigarette, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, nicotine, pyridine, and other harmful substances. When inhaled in cigarette smoke, the poisons are absorbed, and through the blood it goes through the whole smoker’s body to achieve the finest cells of the nervous system. Nicotine has a constrictor action on blood vessels, thus preventing tissue nervous irrigation, and while intoxicate brain cells. Blood pressure increases and heart rate became faster by the excitation of the heart. Acting on the respiratory systems and other nerves systems, will result in difficulty in breathing.
However, it is not only nicotine that acts against the nervous system. Depending on the number of cigarettes smoked, it can cause irritation to the central nerve system and even respiratory paralysis by inhibiting the nervous control.
When a smoker feels anxiety, nausea, vomiting, cold sweat, abundant saliva, dizziness, headaches, ringing in the ears, are actually caused by smoking. Although smokers imagine that to smoke will calm him down, this is just a self-suggestion. Not a single scientist in the world, no doctor or researcher who disagrees with this view. Smoking produces melancholy, depression and even nervousness. Reduces the ability to think properly and even memory lost.
Usually a smoker hears from the doctor: “You need to stop smoking, if not, you will worse your respiratory and cardiac problems.” But while giving this advice, the doctor keeps on his desk a package of cigarettes. How can induce someone to leave a harmful addiction, when you do not give an example? How parents, educators, young people can refer to stop smoking, when they own living with a cigarette between his fingers? To talk without giving the example does not work.
The fear of death and disease are not enough strong arguments. Once the individual has experienced a pleasant feeling, even if it is something poisonous, he will try other times. It is not easy arguing with a smoker, an alcoholic or drug addict. They will not hear the voice of reason.
