Rice cake with Coleslaw
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack of sanissimo Rice cake with quinoa
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1 CUP white cabbage
- 1/2 CUP OF grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix the cabbages and carrot with the apple cider vinegar, the mayonnaise and the honey
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- marinate the mix over 20 minutes
- Drain and place into the rice cake
- Use the black sesame sedes to decor
