Salmas with Fish Ceviche

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Salmas
  • 1.1 lbs of skinless White fish
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 limes juice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • ½ red oninon
  • 4 coriander springs
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Marinate the fish with the juice of limes and salt during 1 hour
  • 2. Slice the avocado and tomatoes and reeserve
  • 3. Chop ½ onion, 1 serrano pepper and 4 coriander sprigs
  • 4. Add pepper
  • 5. Mix the ceviche with all the ingredients
  • 6. Fridge and leave resting for 10 minutes
  • 7. Serve a Salma with ceviche and top with a slice of avocado.
