Salmas with Fish Ceviche
                                            INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Salmas
 - 1.1 lbs of skinless White fish
 - 2 tomatoes
 - 10 limes juice
 - 1 avocado
 - 1 serrano pepper
 - ½ red oninon
 - 4 coriander springs
 - Salt & pepper
 
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the fish with the juice of limes and salt during 1 hour
 - 2. Slice the avocado and tomatoes and reeserve
 - 3. Chop ½ onion, 1 serrano pepper and 4 coriander sprigs
 - 4. Add pepper
 - 5. Mix the ceviche with all the ingredients
 - 6. Fridge and leave resting for 10 minutes
 - 7. Serve a Salma with ceviche and top with a slice of avocado.
