Salmas with tuna and guacamole

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack of Salmas
- 1 avocado
- 140G OF tuna
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tomato1/2 Mango cut in dices
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
- Coriander
Instructions
- TO PREPARE THE guacamole, CUT THE TOMATO IN CUBES, SMASH WITH THE AVOCADO, mango, AND ADD lemon, chili flakes anD SALT.
- Drain the tuna and add two tablespoons of LOW FAT mayonnaise and mix
- Spread two tablespoons of guacamole over the Salma and finish ADDING THE TUNA
- chopped THE CORIANDER AND ADD ON THE TOP
