Salmas with tuna and guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack of Salmas
  • 1 avocado
  • 140G OF tuna
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tomato 1/2 Mango cut in dices
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili flakes
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • TO PREPARE THE guacamole, CUT THE TOMATO IN CUBES, SMASH WITH THE AVOCADO, mango, AND ADD lemon, chili flakes anD SALT.
  • Drain the tuna and add two tablespoons of LOW FAT mayonnaise and mix
  • Spread two tablespoons of guacamole over the Salma and finish ADDING THE TUNA
  • chopped THE CORIANDER AND ADD ON THE TOP
