Salmas with Guacamole and Salted Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of 3 Salmas
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion
- 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean mushrooms and slice. Finely chop onion and garlic
- 2. Heat the olive oil and salt the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on both sides
- 3. Add chopped onlion and garlic and salt for another 1-2 minutes. Add the low sodium soy sauce
- 4. Mash the avocado with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice and salt
- 5. Spread the guacamole on a Salma and place the salted mushrooms on top.
- 6. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle wit fresh herbs
