Salmas with Scramble Eggs & Spinach
                                            INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of 3 Salmas
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/3 cup of feta cheese crumbles
 - Chopped parsley or dill to garnish
 - Spinach
 
Instructions
- 1. Spread a thin layer of low sodium butter, add eggs and feta cheese, stirring often for about 3-4 min, until the eggs are cooked through
 - 2. Add spinach to the Salmas and top with the eggs
 - 3. Sprinkle with freshley chopped dill or parsley
