Salmas with Scramble Eggs & Spinach

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of 3 Salmas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of feta cheese crumbles
  • Chopped parsley or dill to garnish
  • Spinach

Instructions

  • 1. Spread a thin layer of low sodium butter, add eggs and feta cheese, stirring often for about 3-4 min, until the eggs are cooked through
  • 2. Add spinach to the Salmas and top with the eggs
  • 3. Sprinkle with freshley chopped dill or parsley
