Salmas with Hummus and Avocado

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of 3 Salmas
- ½ medium avocado
- 20g of ricotta cheese
- 2 tbs hummus
- A pinch of zaatar
Instructions
- 1. Spread a tablespoon of hummus on each Salma.
- 2. Top with avocado slices
- 3. Sprinkle with ricotta cheese, zaatar and chives to decorate
