Salmas with Grilled Chicken Breast
                                            INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of 3 Salmas
 - 2 lbs boneless & skinless chicken breast
 - 3 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 large garlic cloves, grated
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1 medium tomato and onion
 - Black pepper
 
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breasts into halves. Place in a large bowl along with olive oil,garlic, salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 min
 - 2. Preheat grill, place chicken on the grill, close the lid and grill for 8-10 min
 - 3. Remove from the grill, serve into the salma with lettuce and tomato, top with a slice of avocado
