Salmas Chipotle with Tuna & Rucula

Salmas Chipotle with Tuna & Rucula
  • 1 package of Salmas
  • 2 ripe avocados, thinly sliced
  • 10–12 oz fresh tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup no-fat mayonnaise
  • 1–2 teaspoons of chipotle paste
  • Salt
  • Rucula and black sesame to décor
  • Dinner

1. Mix the lime, salt and marinate the tuna cubes for 5 minutes.

2. Remove tuna from marinade and let any excess liquid drip off

3. Mix the chipotle paste with no-fat mayonnaise

4. Spread a thin layer of chipotle on a Salma, top with the cubes of una ad a slice of avocado

5. Add rucula and black sesame to decor
