Salmas with Guacamole and Garlic Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of 3 Salmas
- 100g mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed of finely sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp low salt soy sauce
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil, season the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes on each side
- 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the soy sauce
- 4. Mash the avocado with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice and salt
- 5. Spread the guacamole on a Salmas and arrange the salted mushrooms on top.
- 6. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with fresh herbs if you have some
