Salmas with Guacamole and Garlic Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pack of 3 Salmas
  • 100g mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed of finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp low salt soy sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil, season the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes on each side

3. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the soy sauce

4. Mash the avocado with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice and salt

5. Spread the guacamole on a Salmas and arrange the salted mushrooms on top.

6. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with fresh herbs if you have some
