Salmas with Grilled Chicken Breast

Salmas with Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1 package of 3 Salmas
  • 2 lbs boneless & skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 medium tomato and onion
  • Black pepper
  • Dinner

1. Cut chicken breasts into halves. Place in a large bowl along with olive oil,garlic, salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 min

2. Preheat grill, place chicken on the grill, close the lid and grill for 8-10 min

3. Remove from the grill, serve into the salma with lettuce and tomato, top with a slice of avocado
